I am just gobsmacked that I can post this, but here it is:
My novel, The Stranger from Berlin, is now available for preorder on Amazon. It will be published by Simon & Schuster UK in August 2021...
I watched this this afternoon and enjoyed it. I also think she chose the wrong guy! Reagan's character was a pompous, brash guy who threw temper tantrums. The lawyer was much better for her.
I am indeed humbled by this review, @Fading Fast. Thank you so very, very much for reading my book and writing this superb review. I am so very grateful!
I can finally share details!
My novel, THE STRANGER FROM BERLIN, will be published (tentatively) August 2021 from Simon & Schuster UK!!!
Historical fiction set in Nebraska during WW2. Super, super excited to share it with the world!
It's about a German refugee from Berlin who escapes Nazi...
Little Boy (2015) about a young boy whose father goes off to war during WW2 and tries desperately to get him back with the "faith of a mustard seed." Made me bawl. A feel good movie!
So glad you watched Band of Brothers! My daughter has watched it four or five times now. She's just a little obsessed with it. It's one of the best TV miniseries ever, I think.
I LOVE That Hamilton Woman. One of the first classic movies I ever saw. Olivier in The Divorce of Lady X with Merle Oberon is also incredibly handsome, as well! And Vivien Leigh...oh my. Simply gorgeous.
Well, to be fair, the movie is based on the book series for young adults called The Enola Holmes Mysteries.

Have started watching Lucifer mostly because of the delicious Tom Ellis, but I find it fascinating as a "what might happen" scenario if the devil decided to abandon Hell and live in L.A. for awhile, solving crimes with a woman who resists his charm. Yes, it's rather mindless entertainment, but fun.
The last episode they released was really good. We learned all these new things about the characters that made a world of difference. And yeah, they toned down the violence (a bit). Looking forward to this week's episode!
Enola Holmes on Netflix.
A charming, witty and fun story about the young sister of Sherlock and Mycroft's younger sister starring the brilliant Millie Bobbie Brown (of Stranger Things fame).
I watched it with my daughter, and it was wonderfully entertaining. My mood was quite dismal that day...
