Today and yesterday.
Himel Intrepid for the cold days 6-13 Celsius and I don’t feel a thing. The reversible detail and the wool/corduroy is amazing. Unfortunately I think that being reversible makes it more snug and I could have sized up at the time to be able to layer or button it all up...
I own and have owned quite a few leather jackets and by far the most comfortable of the modern ones is my Lewis Leathers Universal MK2 I can open my arms doing a T and the jacket stays put and I can even swim with my arms without any trouble.
You don't need to break anything in to make a...
I love it and I think the fit is the best on all your jackets. These jackets must be worn short and snug or they don't look as cool as they should in my opinion.
Contrary to most people here I do like the leather patterm and yes it does remind of crosshatch grain leather that imitates the...
Thanks! It's a bit of a risk but I'm crossing my fingers too. If not I'm sure I won't have trouble moving it on as it is a Freewheelers and it would be located in Europe already.
Thanks! I was almost considering your A-1 but I've learned that I don't really like the knit necks or cuffs so...
I'm still not sure why but I had to buy it because I don't think I'll ever get a chance to find a better priced Freewheelers Sunset (Bootleggers)
I missed the opportunity on a deerskin Darius (Afraid it would be too short for the style) but this has been relisted for weeks and the price was...
It’s getting colder here! Also wearing my new pair of raw denim based on a 1860s-1870s pattern.
This suedette LVC cossack was almost too cold for yesterday. Today I’m wearing the Himel Intrepid which is warmer.
That looks good on you!
I am a bit sad because I’ve had my Himel Grizzly for 1-2 years(?) and although I have been wearing it a lot and I love it... certain fit issues bother me too much.
Sleeve lenght for starters is too short. My wrists are uncovered and my shirts stick out. Also the front...
Even if it was only for the sleeve lenght it would be already worth it. You can wear the jacket, see how it does and check that the pattern is comfortable.
Same is done with shoes, some bespoke makers(specially if done online) send a trial pair so the customer can try it on and check fit issues.
That’s a fantastic jacket!
I do miss the second row of buttons though. The only thing that I’m not a fan of is the branded snaps. I prefer them unbranded myself.
Amazing fit and the leather is beautiful.
I wouldn’t mind owning one myself.
It literally wears like a warm pyjama. It’s super comfortable.
I haven’t worn mine much because it is for cold weather, have to alter the sleeves lenght and wearing the others was more practical at the time because of that. Also the zipper is smooth! It may not be a Talon or whatever but works...
I’ve had a jacket from The Few on my wishlist for a couple weeks. I wanted to byy the goatskin half belt. I waited, thought about it, waited and eventually didn’t click buy. Now it’s not for sale anymore
I am sure that if I had bought it I would have felt good for a moment but then I would have...
Looking at the photos what I notice is that the jacket lenght is the main concern and the reason why it bunches up in the back.
Happened to me with the Lewis Leathers Universal MK.II. It is too long and tapered so the bottom of the jacket is too snug and it rides up. It’s not that the jacket...
Wear it whatever the weather. I’m not a fan of baby cared jackets.
They are utilitarian and workwear items. To protect from the elements apart from looking cool.
The more worn it gets the better it looks. That’s why I think as much as impressive they are, most collections here make the wear of...
