@Monitor I always wonder how many minutes or hours are spent by these guys trying to get that perfect shot. I have to admit I do think those pictures are nice but personally I’d much rather be enjoying the outdoors.
Here’s a nice shot I took from the top of Yamnuska last weekend.
@Carlos840 beauty pics. I have to agree with you that a leather jacket wouldn’t last very long with you doing that everyday. Barbed wire would just ruin a leather jacket with Snags in short order.
I am curious how leather will take bar oil splattering on it. I’ll figure that out this summer...
For wearing your leather jacket and doing work I have definitely done it to a mild extent. Shoveling snow, moving things around, cleaning the garage and other light duty is fine. If I’m getting down and dirty wrenching, fencing or painting then no way am I risking my nicer jackets as I wear them...
I totally agree with this. So many women walking around now with cross zip leather jackets. The quality of the leather always seems to be on the lower end all the way down to what looks like black plastic.
Sometimes I feel a little weird when I am at a crosswalk and I’m wearing my black cross...
the action back helps with movement a lot. Lifting my arms over my head things get a little tight but when I’m wearing a leather jacket the amount of times I’m raising my arms over my head is basically zero.
Hello.
For sale apparel annex cross zip in brown leather. Size 42-44ish. I think it is horse hide and I think the jacket is from the early-mid 70s. I’m 6’2” 200lbs, 42” chest and the jacket fits quite well. It has a unique cut that has droop shoulders which makes the 24” sleeve length work out...

I am 6’2” 200lbs with a 42” chest and this jacket just, just fits me. Any smaller in any measurement and it would be uncomfortably tight when zipped up...
Hello. I own a few higher end jackets and some lower end jackets. In my opinion the item that trumps everything and determines how much I will wear any jacket is FIT!
I like my fine creek type 3 a lot. Great grab and go jacket. Now here’s a crappy picture of me in a great looking and well made...

Not sure if this is the right place to sell these but why not. I have 2 ruby helmets that have seen about 3 rides each and spent most of their lives in their box on a shelf. Time to move them on. Both are Size large ruby castel Full face helmets. I normally wear a medium in a suomy and shoei and...
Lost worlds blue 4oz horse car coat. Was helping my wife in her studio tonight and she snapped some quick pics of me. I need to work the button holes as right now it’s ridiculously hard to do and undo them.
A little comparison, 2x Flat Head D Pocket jackets both size 42, black and brown
I'm a big fan of the contrast stitching. The black size 42 (22" chest, 26" back length) is noticeably larger than the brown 42 (21" chest 25" back length). The bi-swing design of the back makes these jackets easy...
New jacket option. I’ve been looking for a natural hide type 1 sort of style jacket. Fine creek made a beautiful one in the past but I’ve had absolutely no luck finding a new or used one in a 44. Y2 is making this one. Natural hide. If I pull the trigger the deposit is due by feb 20th and the...
The man himself asked so therefore he shall receive. Quick and dirty review of a Lewis Leathers/Red Ear collaboration cross zip jacket.
I have owned this jacket for about 6 months now and I have worn it on only about 3 outings. It has an 18" hem and a 26" back length. A guy like me can zip it...
