    Vintage Golden Bear L

Yes sir - thanks for the heads up Corky. Unfortunately the sleeve length appears to be too short for what I prefer. Otherwise a perfect jacket! GLWS

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thankya - unfortunately, there is next to zero information (that I can find) on the Endura brand. They were located in California (per the label) back in the 60's. I would best compare the brand to Lancer leathers, Brooks/Kehoe, and of course Bates - however the leather is not of the quality of...

    N-1 Deck Jackets

I'd recommend picking up an original deck jacket over a repro - I own five WWII era N-1's and the quality can't be beat. If you go vintage, be sure to go up one size due to the thick alpaca fur lining. You can find an original on ebay rather easily. Unless you're a larger size (44-46), you...

I rarely see or hear too much on this company, but I really like their jackets. This model looks stellar in every way.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

If I didn't know any better, I would have assumed this was a vintage 40's-50's jacket. Amazing start to some killer patina.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Somewhat cooler temps today allowed me to wear my new vintage Excelled horsehide - definitely the shortest I’d ever want to go - but the length is perfect when zipped and sitting in a car or on a motorcycle - no extra leather to bunch up.

LOL no doubt you're right! Yeah, the horsehide versions of these jackets are just stellar man, plus the cut on these models are perfect.

Ah very interesting Terry! I actually own an All Weather jacket, however the label on mine is missing the 'Leather Garment Co. and San Francisco'. Nice to know my black steerhide jacket was more than likely made by the All Weather brand.
