I have to say I haven't had any problem with this goat ( in 3 months) ... but if you expect it to age like a fine wine, you'll be dissapointed it's about as durable as diamond :) It does crease and soften a lot but doesn't show anywhere near the character or graining of veg tanned steer etc...- Plumbline

He's a jacket manufacturer .... Aero do it, Alexanders do it, Eastman do it, BK do it ...... I've yet to come across a jacket manufacturer who doesn't believe their product is better than their competition and comment accordingly ( either in forum or FTF). My Aero Halfbelt ( non button) and Halfbelt Deluxe ( button) are almost identical Bretron ( give or take 1/8" ) .. .equally my AL Dakota (buttoned) and my Roadster ( non buttoned) are similar - the buttoned cuff on the Dakota is 1/8" wider than the Roadster) ... all 4 jackets are similar in...- Plumbline
