Here is the Montecristi Special Reserve from Panama Hats Direct that I have been waiting for. The blocking and sweatband are very good. I don't like the liner so I will be removing it (easy). My head is crooked and I cannot wear hats blocked by others and expect them to have the pinch line up...

Yes, the underwelt is awesome. Most of my custom hats are underwelt. Looks regal on the top and the feel of the welt between your fingers is addictive. I always find myself caressing it. It should keep your brim nice and straight.
