Good post!
I had a thought- what if Stu died tomorrow? No more Lost World jackets. How tight would owners hold onto their LW jackets then?
That is very interesting. Is this how LW’s obtains such durability?
I love these gussets. More shoulder than underarm. My son's LW Roadhouse and my Langlitz have the underarm "football" type gussets and I really like them for mobility. The Mulholland has gussets like this RM, another great design I love. Between the two designs I do not even have a preference.
Washing machine. Gentle cycle. Cold water. Detergent. Air dry, on thick dry towels. Turning every few hours. Replace with new dry towels as needed. Place a few fans blowing to speed drying. 48 hours. Then condition to replenish. I have done this with a few jackets. Worked well for...

I have seen many jackets I would love to fit but 1 in 7, very roughly speaking, would even come close to fitting. I believe most of us are in the same boat. Find that awesome fit! Quite the...
I have a Mulholland size 44.
My chest is 43-44 and I have relatively broad shoulders. The 44 is a perfect comfortable fit. The Mulholland style fits slightly larger than other “slim fitting” Japanese brands.
