I itch with "rough" wool linings. So I have been ok with Aero's and the lightweight tartan lining, however anything heavier that that and I itch too much to enjoy it.

Here is a very nice, only lightly broken in Langlitz Coulmbia that is well appointed. It was produced in January, 1992 and has been worn very little since. Clean and very well kept. No odd odors, no blemishes, marks, scrapes or tears outside or inside. Appears to be a mid-heavyweight cowhide...
^^ I see that too. Looks like the upper area is a sunburst going from from the RH side to the LH side.
However the two smaller panels next the zippers are quite different color-wise.
Reminds me of an East-West Musical instruments jacket.
@Observe got the sleeve portion, which i oddly missed.
Sleeves also a bit short, and that's something I personally dislike on my own jackets.
I do have one vintage one with too short of sleeves, but it's vintage and not sized for my 6' 1" tall size (& 195 lbs).

Looks 1.5 sizes too large for you. And you have the side adjusters cinched fully up.
Maybe with a sweatshirt under it, otherwise it's pretty loose all over.
