Absolutely incredible find. The tag alone (and it's also excellent condition) is quite the verification piece. I suspect that is a whole lot rarer these days than the jackets themselves. Amazing find and I hope it does fit you - really a museum quality piece there.
In case you need some more color in your life - Find more than a deal (23" pit to pit - $402 BIN)
Unlike most multi-color this one appears to have some rather thick cowhide to it.

Ouch.
I like the set you listed here but the white stripe isn't my cup of tea on those particular color leathers. If you like it awesome!
But yes, I have done likewise, selling off a lot of jackets I just didn't love (or wear) and holding only those I really want to keep. Even that, I...
What the crap?!
That's not even close to anything I would expect for Any PNW manufacturer or even an overseas-sourced Red Wings.
Granted Moc-Toe is a new venture for White's and none of mine have this design, honestly speaking I do not prefer it. However this is really shoddy. What model...
As suspected, the seller is just a little off in their measurement (he is also 6' and 200 lbs, about the same as me)
The third photo is pretty close, and using a standard steel tape measure, probably about the best you could get realistically while taking photo's of it. I do appreciate...
30-year owned, 1-owner Lost Worlds PJ-27. Size 48 a couple lining issues that look repairable, big bruiser of a Horsehide jacket. $950 or offer I see the design of this one is quite a bit different that Stuart's current offering.

Great to see this friendship and the shared common interests! I suspect if you two walked around the Netherlands very much dressed as you are here it would create a good stir.
This one has been sold along (the collar and I just could not quite get along).
I would say slightly oversized for the tag size (which this one did not have since the snap-in liner was missing.)
Re-opening this thread a year later with an observation I wanted to point out.
First I will say that outside FL I only use ebay. I have had many, many good experiences there both selling & buying, plus I am not a very serious "collector". So please bear that in mind.
Today I checked into...
Another LL Bean - this a dark brown leather with Shearling lining of the Navy style with fur collar. 42 and very old tag design, so a vintage piece. $190 or offer -
