I like mine to sit just below the belt line! same with t shirts but most seem to have got longer over the years. I suppose it may be something to do with lower rise jeans and trousers.

I do find mine itches a bit, however I have sensitive skin, they are still one of the best jumpers available and its easy to wear a long sleeved t shirt/shirt underneath, but boy are they warm!
