    I will second @Marc mndt and @torfjord , The 5* goat I had is nowhere close to Sheeley and Thedi (I have goat from both makers, the 5* I gave away). Although, after the @ton312 treatment, that goat looked much better

    Most likely I will have to figure out what works with it and what doesn't :) I have a pair of Carmina double monks in navy cordovan which I am sure would work. Or we can go more exotic with these: Or go for a contrast with burgundy. So many possibilities :D

    I don't think it needs any breaking in, although it had some sort of top coat that makes the scales harder. The sclaes are what forms the skin if that makes sense. It is not as delicate as it seems, basically I am fine using it day to day. Not for riding of course. I was just told to avoid...
