    Black Boulevardier

    I recently wrote about the Moose & Squirrel cocktail. It is special. This one is very similar: Black Boulevardier 1.5 oz James Pepper rye 1 oz MWL vermouth .5 oz Bigallet China-China Amer Liqueur Only three ingredients but a fabulous combination.

    I have a new favorite sweet vermouth: Cocchi

    I had a Martinez cocktail at the American Bar at the Savoy. My friend ordered it first. By the description of the ingredients, I didn't like I would care for it due to the dry vermouth. But it was fantastic. Perhaps it was mixed with Cocchi Americano.

    Thanks. Actually, We are seeing The Time Jumpers tomorrow. Robert's is a must, Although I miss JD on guitar. I'm looking to find craft cocktails served by top mixologists. Two places that have been recommended are The Patterson House and Pinewood Social. Both look promising.
