Same thing, different terminology. Dave Himel explains it in one of his videos about the Kensington, if my memory serves me well. Cossack is more used for jackets like the Mister freedom Campus, or Himel heron. And mandarin is more for cafe racer (shirt racer) like Buco J00, brooks cr….- Mysteryo
