Ahhh wow exciting times ahead! What leather and pattern are you going for? I'm sure it will turn out fantastically well. Keep in mind if you have the zips closing pointing down the hem then the dangling zipper pull will be close to level with the bottom hem so if you still prefer that direction...
I fortunately do and unfortunately in some regards lol the pattern works great for my build so I didn't hesitate to get it in both color ways. I do think a properly sized Cal is more comfy to wear so I'm still in the hunt for a brown straight zip
Agreed, was talking to @dudewuttheheck the other day about a nicer shade of brown for a Mulholland and this is maybe closer to the dead leaf brown on a caboose I think
Looks great and congrats on your new jacket. Fit looks great there and will look better with a higher rise pants/jeans. Also maybe consider the front drop when you get your next jacket
So cool, love the brown shade here and the logo looks killer. More boxy looking compared to the FW Mulholland or RMC Mobster. Gotta love the underarm gussets too
it's all the same and it's scratchy either way but probably a more natural motion to open the zipper from top to bottom and close as well. I actually requested my next Aero to have the hand warmers zipper close pointing toward the hem just to try it out and compare with my other jackets
Real expensive for sure and the wait list is not for everyone. I'm thinking for the price alone one can add some extra dough and get one of those acclaimed clinch engineer or jodhpurs boots
Black pony everyone. This looks so good. The outer finish looks similar to the shinki in the Mulholland in terms of gloss but this one is dyed black all the way and has more grains right out the box
That fits just right, looks like you can even lightly layer with it. You have been on a great streak with these vintage finds!
Wow can't believe what a big difference that pillow made on stretching the chest of that jacket
Greg should be getting his shipment of shinki soon (black/brown pony included) so we will see a bunch of jackets being made. Excited to see the new patterns
