I am, for the most part. I think ELC's jacket prices are bizarre given that they are, for the greater part, off-the-rack.
As far as Japan's prices go, I'm sure they vary *but* as somebody who uses Rakuten from time-to-time and purchases Buzz and Real McCoy, I know that the sort of stuff that...
The one thing I have a problem with when it comes to Japanese makers is that the fit does not necessarily suit western body shapes. Buzz t-shirts tend to be shorter than standard with high arm holes, but not particularly fitted bodies, so you have to size up, which means the body can end up a...
I'd definitely remove the breast pocket. It's positioning looks odd and too high. Look at this Half-Belt: http://www.aeroleatherclothing.com/product-detail.php?id=8
Apart from that, it's a nice jacket. I don't understand why so many makers, some of the really big names included, have such a...
I tried on a size 36 cordovan FQHH HWMN a few weeks back and I've got to say that I was really taken with it - it was a really stylish looking, practical jacket. The previous HWMN was an old regime thing and really didn't hold a candle to it in terms of leather and fit.
Impulse purchase Mister Freedom jacket! Saw this on Rakuten at under a £100, looks mint, and couldn't resist it: https://global.rakuten.com/en/store/bazzstore/item/4413329992776/?s-id=borderless_browsehist_en
Rakuten is a treasure trove for this sort of little gems - the back is particularly nice. I picked up a mint used Mister Freedom jacket for under £100 today on the website!

I really don't get this concern about negative response. I've never had anything other than admiring comments about my Irvin. Even the 'Where's your Spitfire?' jokes are usually followed by '...and it looks great'. It's like anything, if you're overly self-conscious about what your wearing...
There are plenty of people out there wearing top-of-the-range trainers who cannot and will never be able to run the length of themselves. I don't see how a pair of heavy duty boots are somehow verboten just because you don't own a bike. They're built for comfort, resilience and to insulate you...
Hehe. I should point out that I had absolutely nothing to do with reviving this thread. The jacket is actually zipped away in its own protective bag safe for the winter.

I should add that if I was a more suspicious person, I might think that I'm being professionally trolled by a Schitzo sock puppet, but I'm not, so I'll go with a surfeit of chutzpah...
