    My 2018 613SH measures 24.25" in length from the bottom of the collar. The vintage one pictured above measures 23.75"

    I might be too late in my comment but I’d suggest leaving the fringe alone and search for another standard Kehoe CR. Set the fringed jacket free to someone who will enjoy it as-is.

    Sorry for the slow reply. The length of the old Perfecto from the bottom of the collar is 23.75" Hope this is helpful.
