It’s just a standard brown CXL that they stock. It does seem a little softer than some examples - the arm creases formed quickly and it felt comfortable and broken in almost immediately. CXL isn’t the most ‘wow’ hide out there, but it is still very practical/functional!

Last time I post pics of this JL and my mum, I promise! It’s been nice to be able to ear it everyday and in the wet, before returning to the heat in the northern hemisphere. It’s the ideal travel jacket.
I’ve nailed down the details pretty much now. The length for this one could work in a wide range - some have suggested going much longer so that it’s more of a sports coat, but I’ve decided to go fairly short to give it more of a Cossack look.
