I ask because I think you and I are looking at similar options. I want a medium weight with a fairly matte finish. I feel that I should get a brown jacket for variety, so dark Seal Vic is top of my list. But a part of my keeps gravitating to pics of well worn black...
I’m with you on the olive. The rust on dark seal or black looks supurb when you just see a section, but I think stepping back to see the whole jacket it would look too busy.
I think I read somewhere on this forum about someone ordering a Ridley, with the ticket pocket on the D pocket sizes down one size. Does anyone have a picture of that?
Also. What do you all think about that exposed vertical zipper found on some RMC and Buco D pockets?

I would have thought most of the smell would be held in the lining and not the leather - in which case you could try some fabric cleaners.
