I never measured my own feet with a Brannock device, but I size up 0.5-1 size from my regular US size. I wear Alden Barrie 8.5B/D, Redwing 9. The Clinch lasts are quite slim and has a low instep, but plenty og toe room on these.- Ole K. Vik
