i'm having issues with ordering from them, and their website is absolutely unhelpful. I entered my debit card info, and it says i have a transaction number, but when i go to my orders, there's nothing there. So does that mean I ordered a shirt, or not? There's also supposed to be live chat...
I believe this is a 1940s suit. It has the right construction and a 1939 Union label. I'd say late 40s based on the lapel gorge. Shocking thing is that it fits me perfectly. And I'm a size 46 with a 42 (natural) waist. Only paid $48.
Actually no. It's a bit like how pants are marked as the same size but differences in cut make them fit like smaller or larger sizes. I've found on the whole that some 7 3/8 fit like they should, whereas others are too tight.
what do you search to find it? Even on ebay UK, searching "1940s sport coat mens" comes up with items that are most definitely NOT 1940s. I even try a generic "vintage tweed", and still, nothing older than the 60s. Teach me your ebay magic o, Wise One. :p (apparently, also, people know what...
I've got a united garment workers tag on a pair of denim jeans...not sure of the age. It's definitely 1930s-1990s, has red numbers (02519). Picture won't upload yet
