Really goodlooking, nicely broken in Vanson Model B for €300, in Germany. Size tag 40, but the pit-to-pit seems more like a 38 to me.

No further persuasion necessary. Quickly after commenting here I was able to snag a good-looking Raid off of Yahoo Auction, in a size that will hopefully work for me. Goes to show I have no spine or self-control whatsoever.
Holy cripes, that is one fine looking jacket. I can totally see why you think the Indian Ranger is Aero's best MC crosszip jacket. Everything about it is fantastic. The only things that would make it better for me, design-wise, would be a full-action back instead of less functional shoulder...
Hot dang. Someone is getting one sweet jacket at a great price. I own one of these, and it's a killer jacket. Anyone who's on the fence, jump on this! You will not regret it.
My eyes... They burn from seeing this monstrosity!!! Who would do such a thing?!

Those looking for an awesome, unusual half-belt ish Vanson with no shortage of pockets, in size 40, for a good price (without the sleeves cut off)...
Man, that is a cool jacket. Still on my wishlist, thanks for reminding me! The fit is a bit tight, but you can definitely wear it just fine. As long as you don't feel like you can't move, you're safe. After losing the weight like you planned, it's bound to fit even better.
@AeroFan_07 Indeed, it's fantastic to have a similar jacket nerd live so close by. If Marc and I ever decide to hit the bars and paint the town red, I'm sure heads will be turning all night long.
@Carlos840 I appreciate the intent not to diss on my jacket! As for construction quality, in my...
Thanks everyone for the awesome comments, congratulations and well-wishes! Without this forum, this dream would not have become a reality. That said, without this forum this jacket collecting hobby would not have spiraled out of control as it has. Oh, well. No matter, as I am an extremely happy...
It's safe to say my leather jacket journey is over. Thanks to the wonderful Finds and Deals thread, and the eBay link posted by @Coriu, I somehow managed to score a vintage Buco J-24L from (I'm guessing) the 1950s, in steerhide and in my size (40), for a mere $255 plus shipping. The seller only...
Sadly, I do not! How did you measure the sleeves? Straight line across the leather, or in a curve along the outside of the sleeve? And is the Vicenza completely black, or blackened brown?
