    Akubra Overload

Seems Ive bumped in to somthing "Akubra" several times today.. Got to thinking I havent worn the old Stockman in a while... so on the head it goes! Curious if an older Akubra that is marked as 7-1/4 is the same or different than a US 7-1/4? ( the one I noticed did not have any cm size marking) It always seemed to me that an Akubra 59 was in between a Stetson 7-1/4// 7-3/8 for fit on my noggin

Happy Friday the Thirteenth to all! Looks like the rain is gone ( for a couple days at least) and it should be a sunny day after the fog burns off. Reasonably cool this morning so I thought the slate grey Stetson/ Miller Imperial Ultimate out would be good today. Matches one of the Paradise...

Repair Advice Needed! Texas Sun on a Vintage 3X.

For the sweatband logo, about all you can do is trim out the logo and save. Ive had good luck steaming liners over a hatblock or a ball and smoothing with the fingers. If the headliner cover is yellowed or "crinkly" You should be able to remove the celophane ( Gently pull it away from the liner...
