New Aero Bootlegger. Help with next order

If you insist on going through with the purchase rather than wear the jacket you just received for a moment, you are a grown man after all, I‘ll give you more concrete advice on your points raised: Sleeve length is matter of personal preference, I think yours on this Bootlegger is perfect, I...

New Aero Bootlegger. Help with next order

Wear your new jacket for a while to be able to do an educated decision about your future jacket. Rush things and you end up with multiple jackets that in hindsight you wouldve ordered differently.

    Pawnshop Langlitz find

It is pebbly goatskin and by the pictures it is almost dark brown, not the super shiny black hide the fetish boys are after. Besides, patina tells me this was worn on a bike. I would wear this jacket with no worry and what an absolute find and steal at this price point. It would be at least 1500...

    Johnson Leather Jacket

Spent my Saturday wearing these two JL beauties. Barneveld Remix in Petrol Teacore Steerhide and M-200 in 5 oz dark brown steerhide. Both of these jackets rank among my heaviest but at least the Barneveld Remix is starting to give up and break in. I treated it with Lexol a short while ago, it...

Aero Premiere 1930s Half Belt Russet Badalassi- SQUEAKING

Agree. This is the first time I hear this and no other jacket of mine sounds like this; I couldn‘t stand that.

    Johnson Leather Jacket

Buying an Aero again after having experienced the wearing comfort of a JL is no less than masochistic. Not having to wear a 6 lbs jacket on your neck is a relevation.

Fit check: 25" length vs 26" length on a 6'2" guy.

I like the look of the first two shorter ones better.

    Johnson Leather Jacket

Jacket looks great. Leather is a natural product, it is very possible that there is some variation in thickness but it is plenty thick regardless and will last forever. Creases will never look identical regardless of leather thickness, dont worry about that.

Aero Premiere 1930s Half Belt Russet Badalassi- SQUEAKING

From my experience, though I have none with Badalassi, new jackets stop squeaking eventually, just wear it and it should get better.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Temperatures cooled down, so thick merino sweater and the slightly longer and wider Vanson Enfield to accomodate that extra layer for the night out.

    Johnson Leather Jacket

There‘s nothing like velvet soft yet incredibly thick leather, I love the break-in process just for the sake of getting there. Thick sleeve creases, the heft and yet soft to the hand. Not quite there yet with this one, sleeves are well broken-in but the body is still quite stiff, especially the...

    Johnson Leather Jacket

Working on further breaking in this Horween Steerhide JL jacket that was very generously passed to me by Canuck Panda. I tried to capture color and sleeve creases on picture 2 but it proves impossible with that 8 year old phone camera of mine. While it looks grey on pictures, it is in fact a...

BESOIN D'AIDE LOST WORLDS LEATHER POUR LA MOTO!

Based on your pictures, I am very sure you dont need a size 44, size 42 will be fine, maybe even a size 40 if its sized more generously.
