For sure that personal preference is the most important variable. The sleeve length looks spot on imo.
I doubt you will be able to stretch it a full 1.5 inches. I would return it and look for something a little bit longer.
My opinion: the jacket looks too short on you. And I’m not one to usually say that as I like jackets to fit shorter than most. But I want them to cover the belt.

If you want to ride in it go for the Vanson. I’ve had around 10 Aero jackets and they all lacked in mobility. Their patterns are not good which makes it really hard to move in them.
I currently own 5 Vansons and they all allow for a wide range of movement.
