Those are neat watches and worth restoring, imo, though it may be cheaper to buy another one from ebay or from various watch fora. Especially if the dial is really messed up. You could be looking at a couple hundred dollars (or more!) to restore a dial.

ok, as promised on another thread, here are some details of my recent acquisition. I'm told that the box is mid sixties variety, so is that when this hat was made? The price tag under the sweat reads $10.99, it seems the original buyer got a $.04 discount. Maybe that was because...
Black brief case approx. 15.75" wide by 11.5" tall and 6" deep. Black leather in great shape and not too stiff. One of the handle keepers has ripped, but bag is usable as is or could be fixed by a capable leather worker. Extremely sturdy bag.
