Yay or nay on the linen suit? Seems too narrow of lapels, were they like that in the 20's? I am really enticed by the high waisted trousers, both in linen and brown. Looks like a direct copy of the movie's suit: -
How popular was tweed in the 40's?
Was it seen a lot in sport coats and the such in America? I believe it gained more popularity in the 50's, but how common was it in early 40's and throughout after the war? -
