    Sorry I just saw this message. I believe shortening the sleeves is much easier than, say, trying to reduce the shoulder or chest measurement. I’d just recommend using a tailor that specializes in leather. Definitely doable. I’m not sure if you follow him on instagram but @almostvintagestyle has posted about this in the past and has definitely done this before. He’s a nice guy so feel free to reach out to him!
