Do you ride a motorcycle?

With all the talk we regularly have about leather jackets being protective and "armour", I wondered how many of us actually need leather because we ride motorcycles, and what people ride.

No shade if you don't, obv, because leather is cool whatever. But anyway.

I do ride, and currently have an old Triumph Bonneville and a newer KTM RC 390.

Used to ride regularly. Got hit a few years ago and came away nearly paralyzed from the waist down. Few years of PT and several surgeries later, I'm walking, thankfully. Gotta be honest though, I've been taking out the Honda for little putts around the neighborhood. Gonna maybe try and get back into it with some lessons before venturing out fully though.

To clarify my react isn’t a love react; I do not love you had a horrible accident. It’s the closest we got here to the FB Care react. I am thrilled to hear you didn’t end up paralyzed in the end. I’m sure a bit of luck, an amazing medical team and lots of personal hard work did the job.

To me it isn't so much the motorcycle, but how they are ridden. This is my police Road King as I am teaching a class, demonstrating how to scrape the floorboards all the way around in a circle.

my 2022 kawasaki z400. got it off CL with 700 mile only july 2022. previous owner bought it new april 2022! anyways my first time ever and currently has about 8500 miles. absolutely enjoy it and no plans to upgrade bc tbh want to get a convertible down the road (hopefully a 911!!)

Age and aches and pains meant the harley, truimph speed triples etc had to go.
Replaced with a truimph tiger 900gt pro, and still have my Honda 400four
