Aero Premier Highwayman - Black Jerky HH - Size 44 [Europe]

After some thinking I decided to keep the jacket and see if it softens with wear. For now it's no longer for sale.

For what it's worth, Aliexpress also gives you (or at least EU residents) a VAT discount from the price they display initially. It's the one called "Price Adjustment". Here's the breakdown from my order: Item Amount (RON) Amount (EUR) Amount (USD) Subtotal 1,459.89 293.47 337.58 Shipping...

I'm also in Europe so that shouldn't be it. Strange, I can open it in incognito mode as well so don't know why it doesn't work. Maybe try searching by "Tailor Brando Washed Old Tea Core Horse Leather 1940s Classic American Retro Lapel Men's Genuine Leather Jacket" and it shows up?

    Chinese leather jackets

This thread got me curious enough to browse through Aliexpress and I ended up placing an order for this Tailor Brando Washed Old Tea Core Horse Leather 1940s Classic American Retro Lapel Now I don't know the original name of this style/pattern, but to me it seems like it's trying to be a 1:1...

FS: Simmons Bilt Fortune Hunter (Custom)

500 EUR + Shipping I got it for around 800 EUR - bought it on eBay from someone in Canada (rookie mistake, but it was my first jacket purchase). Anyway, if you're in the EU you're spared from the VAT + crazy shipping costs.

Bump - adding some fit pics as some people requested in the DMs.

Highwayman - Zip Sleeve Highwayman Database

Yes, now that you mention it does look a bit off. But it does make sense since it limits my arm movement just forward, backwards I can pull my arms just fine. If no one wants to buy it until the summer, I'm kind of tempted to try and stretch the jacket. Hop in the shower with it and then go out...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Not actually wearing it, but I went out to take some fit pics for this PHWM.

Highwayman - Zip Sleeve Highwayman Database

Adding to the database, the Jerky Black size 44 PHWM I mentioned sometime ago. I think it looks deceiving as it seems to fit properly in these photos (although I might be wrong, haha), but the shoulder / upper back mobility issue is real, so I think it would make sense for me to pass this along.

Post Thedi Leather Jacket Photos Here........

I ended up placing another order with Theodoros for a Hektor with no middle seam after all(+ a couple of other changes). Surprised that there's an extra charge for Horsehide, but luckily he had the color I wanted in Buffalo as well.

Probably the best approach would be to disregard the "50-60 days" that he mentions and expect it to take more like 4-5 months for him to build your jacket. This was my experience and it was in line with what other people said in this thread as well.

Post Thedi Leather Jacket Photos Here........

Question for the people that have experience with https://thedi-leathers.com/product/mtc-127915/ / Hektor: How is the mobility on the back? Is the middle seam important for functionality or mostly decorative? Would swapping it out for a "cleaner" back such as this one be really impactful...

    Aero Hooch Hauler advice

Thank you, no, no stains or anything like that. It's holding up pretty well.
