Mostly because I'm a fan of military repros and the jacket doesn't stand out much, other jackets have too many pockets which seem flashy to me. I own a MA-1 bomber jacket, M65 field jacket and like the history behind them. the A-2 seems to be lowkey compared to the jackets I've been seeing...

Sorry for the confusion, I edited it afterward and forgo RMC. Now debating on Eastman or Buzz Rickson A-2. Use case is just owning a long lasting Item

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm leaning more into A-2 now, didn't realize theres so many different types. I'll probably forego RMC as they went with their own version. I kind of want a good repro one. Are you familiar with A-2 jackets on which is the most iconic?
