Handwarmers can be incorporated into the vertical slanted seams that go down from the chest pockets and you wouldn’t know they are there unless somebody told you. As to the short and boxy look of the Type III, yes the Levi’s 557xx from the early 60s is short and boxy (less so than the type II)...

Interesting, on 2nd hand clothes from private sellers eBay UK has removed all selling fees since April. Doesn’t apply to footwear though.

When I first saw the movie trailer it looked like the Sears d pocket but I could tell the leather didn’t look like that of a 80yo jacket. Now it’s all clear. Cool jacket nonetheless. This is (one of) the 50s versions, I believe made by CSC. (Also in the classifieds)
