It was a Hybrid jacket that "bastardised" the Highwayman by adding an external windflap, feature less tube sleeves and making back one piece amongst other things . It was offered from around 2005 to about 2012 . Was swiftly dropped along with everything else that Will lauder was involved with.

Cuffs are standard length, sleeve length is never gained by simply making cuffs longer !!
The jacket will break in, the more your wear it the quicker it will break in, the cuffs will soften and you will feel more comfortable.
