Wtb double helix or…? Looking for 42-44

What’s your budget? I have a custom DH western pioneer sz 42 (with a few slight sizing adjustments) in veg tan horsehide that I might consider parting with, but the $ would have to make sense.

Throwing in this original dust cover since I’m sure that’s what’s been holding you all back from buying this beauty! C’mon, someone needs to take this baby home!

WTS: 2004 Belstaff "Gangster" Jacket Sz Large

Looking to sell my OG Belstaff "Gangster" jacket that I purchased from their London store way back in 2004! Jacket has been lovingly cared for ever since and the leather is in fantastic condition considering its age. Plenty of life left in this bad boy! This jacket is a size Large and I've...

How would you handle this situation?

Appreciate the responses, I think I’ll keep it for now. I’m still curious to hear what the seller hears back from Y2, but I’ll likely keep the one I have and save him the trouble (and not have to pay any more import fees!).

How would you handle this situation?

No, it’s fairly comfortable zipped and roomy enough to wear a decent later underneath, which definitely wasn’t the case with the smaller 42. The leather is still fairly stiff so your point is well taken. Imagine it will loosen up a bit which could certainly help with the buckling.

How would you handle this situation?

I appreciate the responses. I did hear back from the shop owner and he said that while these types of marks are common with this leather he still felt these were excessive and the coloring seemed off as well. He reached out to Y’2 to get their feedback as well. He’s also willing to send me a...

How would you handle this situation?

This seems to be my experience as well with Y'2 jackets unfortunately. Again, I suspect I'm just not the right candidate for Japanese made jackets. I have a custom made Double Helix that is to my exact measurements and even that one is still not the most comfortable to wear if I'm being honest...

How would you handle this situation?

Appreciate the response. Unfortunately, I'm having shit luck with this jacket as even this size doesn't fit right, so it's gotta go back no matter what. I know my measurements but for whatever reason this particular style of jacket just doesn't seem to work for me. I loved the look of the 42 but...

How would you handle this situation?

You very well may be correct and maybe I am guilt of not fully understanding how this particular leather should look. However, I recently purchased the same jacket a size smaller than this and it definitely looked far paler in color and did not have any markings such as this. Unfortunately, that...
