Alan,have a large floral painting by your uncle. Pink, white blue blossoms in a cobalt blue vase,mint green background that looks 1920's or even the teens to me. Sargent or Whistler influence with very loose spontaneous brushwork.Has a 4th Avenue address on stretcher.Not much info on him available.Brooklyn Eagle 2-23-1936, page 40,one man show at Montross Gallery.
