Right Nicholas. Unless this has been sorted at 'your' end, the hat isn't going to make it to LA in time for my arrival is it. This leads me to having to bring a hat from the UK wihich will create some difficulties now. I'm a rather disappointed man at this end right now. Better communications would have been helpful.
