@belfastboy The liner was loose at the back. I put it back in place. I don't know maybe it was due to shipping. The leather sweatband has some issues where it is sewed. At first I thought it was a broken leather sweatband but it is attached. It just looks a bit fragile. The felt has a small issue in the front. It is tiny but visible. It looks like an issue due to the brushing for the long hair finish. The fit is not ideal but after wearing it a little but it is now fine.
All in all those are small issues and again I gotta say I have had really high expectations. I am happy with it.
@Raybuntu I have just one BSHW from about 6 years ago. It is a heathered felt. I like it a lot but it is formal looking hat and it doesn't get much head time.
