It should be pronounced "Happ-ay". I would be if it were mine [emoji4]. I think as far as the clothier is concerned, the t and the z should be silent [emoji23]

Stetson Nutria Quality and a WW2 era Coast Guard Pea Coat that is the finest quality wool i have found.
You won’t find these at the Mall. Lol

Peschel made great hats for sure, but there's not that much between the best makers in Austria and Germany. Pre-war Hückel would certainly be up there.
