What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thanks! I'm sure we will. Plus I think my upper level leather jacket weather is some peoples' t shirt weather.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

My wife and I are going to Ireland and London this June and July, so jacket weather just got a nice extension for me  A couple of 40s jackets

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

In my case, it is flaking slightly in some areas, but I also just think it's ugly.

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

That looks fairly similar to the wear on mine, though mine has a lot more of it. And it looks slightly different. Very ugly to my eyes. It's not just on the cuffs with mine.

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

No, sorry. This is my only Vanson. I'm sure there are others on here who could answer that, though.

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

Thanks! I'll check it out. I'm also looking at the saphir tinted cream polishes. I've had good luck with their products.

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

From what I can tell, it just wasn't worn all that much. That's what it seems like anyway. It depends on the horsehide. My late 30s/1940 Sears Hercules has ridiculously nice and thick leather, the leather on my 49/50 Buco is also amazing, but I've seen mid to late 50s HH that isn't very nice at...

    The Bates Corner

I have not yet as I'm not an actual rider, but I do plan on visiting the shop at some point just in hope to see some of the history

Will your new jacket ever look vintage?

As already stated, vintage is not the same as beat up or worn out. I recently purchased an original Buco J22 that is less used in appearance than jackets that were worn for less than a year.

Thanks! Not the most wild, but not overly simple either.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Already sold sadly. If someone find another though, do let me know!

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thanks! Yeah it wasn't cheap, although I was able to contact the seller directly and get a better deal than the listed price. I agree the jacket is nice enough to make the lining perfect. I'm not sure if I want to just have it repaired or replaced? It's actually not in bad condition, it's just...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thanks! Yeah I'm thrilled with the fit overall. Thanks! This is exactly the style and fit I was going for! Thank you! Yeah it just has a bit of room at the bottom, but otherwise it's absolutely perfect. Thanks again for the assist! It's very satisfying to finally have something like this...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Here are some photos of me wearing it after conditioning it: This short aviator cross zip style has been my favorite jacket style for the last 7 years- well before I got into vintage. To have something like this feels really nice.
